Nathan Brandt: The 21st century will have to be probably more than the 19th century, the century of liberalism and of capitalism. He says it's just going to be impossible to have one narrow cultural and moral line that somehow incumbent on the whole human race or vast portions of it. Nathan Brandt: If we if we preserve peace, if war comes and serious war comes and all bets are off, the state is going to come in again and a vengeance.
