LZ: It is crazy that when you went into this field that the question was, should we even give treatment in the metastatic setting? And now we're here debating all these complicated nuances. "It's worth remembering that if someone has pleural nodules, but a really low volume of disease, or a pleural effusion that's drained, that's somebody who may not have a great yield of circulating tumor cells," he says.
