How to Be Appropriately Curious in a Conversation With a Client

If you're in a conversation with a client and they've said something like that the chances of we being able to break it down are oh or none. You could be appropriately curious and just go rather than trying to go into the mindset of what you've called problem solving. Beth has spoken about all this stuff about time even in that 20 seconds she's mentioned something about time so personal i have been tempted to say you know you mentioned a lot about time here is time and issue is time something that's so important that it's dominating a lot of what you're saying. Changing mind connects every element of communication every single part but listening is a key one.
