Live My Truth or Speak My Truth?

A few years ago, i start here ing this phrase, this cultural phrase. How many of you have heard this before? Like, i've got to speak my truth. I didn't know why at first said it sounded good on the surface. It bothered me because truth is not choosable,. What we're talking about is our belief. That doesn't make it untruewhat if i believe that all tall people are arrogant.
