The most common mechanism that we'll see is, first of all, degenerative disease. And classically, that's your tricuspid degenerative disease that is a disease of the elderly. Often shows up in that kind of sixth to eighth decade of life and has a lot of similarities in common with liceathroscrosis. Most of these patients will also have co existing c a d. Now you'll also see this present in the younger population, but specifically, oftentimes, those are the ones with bicusped aortic valves.
