Is Flutter the End Goal for Android?

Kotlin has its own upsides and downsides, I guess. It's over time when you're like, man, I wish this thing from Android wasn't Flutter because it was just so much easier. Kotlin is a little bit similar to Dart where they definitely have the hot code reloads. There's a lot of stuff that you can do with Kotlin. And I even seen that there's a book about it called you can build DSLs with Kotlin,. which I have no idea. So like I'm starting to look at Kotlin in a whole new light now.
