Some elite athletes think that you're eating non-stop. Some of it's not increasing the eating with the training. The other thing is when people follow very specific diets, they're trying to be so healthy. They might not be getting enough calories in because they are so rigid. It's like when someone first becomes a vegetarian and they don't really know how to then make a complete protein. That's always a red flag for me.
