Isn't Brain Imaging Useful for Diagnosis?

In the past five years, modern neuro imaging techniques have shown that the abnormalities in a d h d are even greater than we suspected by just looking at brain volume. The connectivity of the brain is even more disturbed. And that's important. Now, back to the question, why, then, isn't brain imaging useful for diagnosis? Because the overlap between the a d hd brains and normal brains, is sufficient to prevent that kind of use.
