Teemur Omarov is a fellow at the Carnegie Russia-Eurecia Center in Berlin. His research focuses on Central Asian countries' domestic and foreign policies as well as China's relations with them. All Things Policy will try to understand what exactly is it that China and the Central Asian countries won from each other or the role of Russia in this ecosystem. And where do India's interests fit in?
