Are You Trying to Find Discomfort?
S if you were sitting on air pine, would you turn to your the seat next you and start? I have never done that. So they try to do these things way outside their comfort zone. And so there's a lot that can be done with deliberately seeking a little bit of discomfort as a lay learning and growing. i actually was reading some study about a that when you're young and you're more open to new experiences, you are, you have a wider group of friends of different opinions. That made me think, i want to avoid that.
