The Future of Work Is in Facilitative Leadership

The future of work, i think, is in human conversation. Shaping human conversations is facilitation and leading those conversations. You won't get the best out of people by being abusive for long. I don't think you can just be like a, you know, t chomp on a cigar and shout at people like that. Does that even exist? And so especially here in this digital space, being able to hold space for creative conversations, for forward thinking conversations, for difficult conversations, and to lead them to productive outcomes,. That's the skill of facilitation.
