Should You Take Phones Away?
i think we all know it's hard to get students to not be on their phones. I'm actually just referring to, like, i've a self pace unit. Kids have work time. They can collaborate, or they can work with each other. The work is not a on the computer. Ah, but the kids and students seem to always want that thing to just be glowing in their face. Yes. And there sometimes students don't understand or about the way their engagement with technology when they're in a social setting. Anyway, i think it really, really powerful for people to raise awareness of what it looks like and how it feels for other people.
