Michele Pollyn's new book, "The Power of Food," is published by Simon & Schuster. In it, pollyn criticizes the organic farming movement as being like industrial farms. The author visits an organic farm in California that uses less chemical fertilizers and pesticides than conventional ones. She says she feels about whole foods the same way we feel about a dottld: very roasty.
