The Epistemic Component of the Freedom Condition

Neil Richards: I'm convinced that there is some kind of epistemic component to the freedom condition. He says we need to talk about all the elements to know if I freely did that thing. And so once you've been digging in long enough, it sounds weird to say "free" But he says most of us will only care about free things because they're connected with our moral responsibility.
