How to Build a Morning Routine

KW: My morning routine has taken years and years of trial and error to get to where it is today. I kind of think of habits as the three three phase process. At first, it's a chore. And that sure phase could be anywhere from two weeks to two months depending on how hard this habit that you're trying to commit to is. Then it sort of graduates into like a habit phase, which could be anything from a month to two years as a habit. And then of course, once you get through this habit phase, it becomes part of your life. It's like brushing your teeth. So let's go through it.
