It wouldn't surprise me if Saudi Arabia follows through. The bigger picture here is whether Russia will follow through on its commitment to cut 500,000 barrels a day because they were supposed to do this. I'm not sure we're seeing any kind of gasoline or oil shortages in Russia proper.
