Part of it is kind of using your observe and describe skills to notice your internal sensations. And then there's also sometimes we just need to shift our attention back to a conversation when we're feeling really drained or distracted. Sometimes I'll just be thrust into a session, you know, back-to-back clients and I need to just suddenly be really present for that conversation.
