Mark mutter of the charter cities institute talks to Eon about his work. The institute is developing a government's handbook for setting up new city governments. There are 75 million new urban residents annually, mostly in africa and asia. And so by creating o institutions that allow them to engage with the global economy, we believe it could lift millions of people out of poverty.
