How to Practice Discipleship in Your Church

I think there's one of the things I've been thinking a lot about and I'm hearing a lot in church planning circles which is this idea that we need to talk about discipleship but we also need to practice discipleship. In the process of teaching people in our churches we need to say now go out and do this here are a few different ideas of how to put these ideas into practice and then come back and report on what you've learned.
