How to Stay Motivated in a Software Team
I'm fresh off of Lead Dev London. I don't know if you know the Lead Dev conferences, but that's a really great space for work like ours. Support open source and win an argument with your manager. That's more motivation than most developers. Yeah. What does the response been from the community when you shared the state of back, when you kind of taught them about themselves? I mean, it seems like that would be really valuable that I'm just curious how folks have responded to that.
