The big three PBMs, Express Scripts, CVS, Caremark, and OptimaRx wouldn't even answer written questions. The ones that did respond basically said, they responded that we're transparent with our fees to the employers. But at least in their statements, they said they were transparent. And I think a lot of employers might disagree with that.
