The Impostor - What Gives You the Confidence?
Sindro: My career was really a slowburn. But early in my careeri did have a major impostor. I needed to feel confident that i could do it. And what gave me the confidence was a show that i created a few years before called the ted radio hour. So i needed to get to a place in my head where i thought, ok, i'm ready to do this, and if it doesn't work, it's ok because i don't have anything to prove.
