Do You Think Russia Will Use Nuclear Weapons?

For a rational decision maker, using nuclear weapons would never be rational. But i think it would also trigger such an outrage that i don't know what the leaders of the nuclear armed states would feel obliged to do. These are just people. In countries like russia and the united States, the president has sole authority to use weapons. So it's just up to the good judgment of a few individuals,. really, absolutely.
