Teaching UX While Doing UX

I think even if you do the work, I always make an effort to be honest about it. We're spending a lot of time doing UX theater and role-playing and not talking to users. As Tanya indicated, part of the solution or important part of that solution is to almost secretly teach UX while seem to be doing UX.
