Having a Pooled Environment Is Not Necessary
Most of the operators, or asic manufacturers, operate their own pools. So seeing a larger than that is probably just deemed as not essential. Maybe i have a solution for you. You can put one output to the coin base and keep it very small. And then use all the transaction space in the block and never hit a problem. Off like two large coint wans transsactions, and you would not even discuss or show up the problem.
