The Relationship Between Satisfaction and Productivity

Tom is quick to point out that all these comparisons are a double edged sword. comparing ourselves against people who are weigh better than us can make us feel really bad, but on the other hand it can make a person productive. There's this tension between satisfaction and productivity. But making the show, i found an amazing new roll model, someone who never stops striving, but still doesn't fall into that sad silver metal trap.
