There's a theory that says looking at fresh, juicy green things is going to relax the deepest part of your brain as a human. We spent an average of six hours a day on either TV or mobile video nowadays. There's something rather wonderful about using 21st century technology to provide people with a kind of ancestral environment - isn't there? I find this one very interesting discovery, which I keep getting retweeted because in the same Taleb bought into this argument.
