The way that these finite options are presented is actually part of the problem versus asking an open ended question people come in and seem to say these are the options that we have not how else could we do this. I think when you look at you talk to a lot of hiring managers, there's sort of a bit of a backlash against people who are maybe like traditional high performers that've gone sort of traditional sort of routes. You also see this with a lot of people after they leave an Ivy League school, where they have usually in the sort of like early twenties, they have this weird thing happen which anyone here would like resonate with.
