So you increased the rent 350 and you put in 1750 correct yeah so that's 20 return on those renovation dollars nice jobYeah i can't really complain about that the other ones are getting to be a little bit more. Because they are lived in there was a lot of stuff that i wasn't doing so i didn't rip out and replace all the cabinets i just kind of updated what was there, did some stuff in the bathroom and replaced flooring where i could but it will definitely when i eventually get there it'll cost alittle bit more.
