The Benefits of Diversifying Perspectives in Tech Companies
I don't think this is the result of any kind of, I'm sure some crazy folks would say it. It's just the result of how life unfolded and a couple of companies unfolded. Having been in those rooms at some of those big companies, I believe that those companies would do better if they intentionally included more diverse voices in the room. If I walked into a room at a tech company and everybody has my type of background, they got my political points of view, they look like me. We're not going to come to a really good decision. we're going to miss things.
