We're going to close our first season of the podcast by going through our top stories of the year, and then we're going to give you our top predictions for what to watch in 2023. Lane: Unionization is key. It's necessary. It's overdue. The academic universe having renegotiated some of its contracts is one I think sets the tone for retail for tech firms and gaming is in that same way. They're all on the union bus, barely towards a happier, more equitable sort of economy. And I think it's time.
