"I'm quite vicious about them in my book because the five stages of grief, people may be familiar with. It's like denial and good depression bargaining acceptance is the five stages," she says. "It doesn't work for grieving people because grieving people are not dying. They're living." The death of a parent at young age has affected her fear of her loss in the future.
