How Long Does It Take to Get Up?

Tapping is a way of switching on both the mind and the body. It helps you with the transition of getting up in the morning. As soon as i open my eyes, i'm tapping. And it's such a natural reaction. I just wanto spread this positive energy around all aspects of our life. So i've written out a script, i call it like a life script,. Of how i want to feel when i wake up every day. If i only have time for either meditation or the script, i would usually choose the script. But sometimes, beause it's the last thing, it's, it happens every other day.
