The Disempowered User Experience Designer

A lot of folks wanting to kind of move to a more leadership position and then take a UX maybe they're using it on their own, but now they want to share it. It's like come learn. But then I need to go and be a leader of change within my organization. That's a very good experience designer. Can I leverage something like oh you X to be able to satisfy the demands that my that the leadership team is placing upon me is very different from. The user base. What, what do you call designers I guess would be your, that's the user role for for a UX.
