Are Your Youth Pastors a Better Follower of Jesus?

This year we had close to just under 1100 first time students across all of our campuses. But big butts. We probably saw four, five percent retention. People get weird when we talk about numbers. So this last year, again, I said, so we were stagnant. That's like kind of what got me thinking through these things. And one of the biggest ways is caring for them as a follower of Jesus and not just a leader for you.
