Workouts That Build Long Form Endurance

The point of this for me Sunday, although it could fall on any day for you, workout is really to build up that long form endurance. This fits well with what Dr. Andy Galpin and Dr. Peter Itia referred to as the real need to get in some long endurance type work at some point or even multiple points throughout the week. For me, this long Sunday jog of 60 to 75 minutes or long Sunday hike or weighted walk or weighted hike really accomplishes that goal.
