Senaria: When your mind is not where you want it to be, look to your body. Use the body to shift the mind. It's a simple equation. We can grab hold of it immediately and start tinkering with it. And i think we've been doing a good job of ouknowing that these things are there. So if your mind is superactive at night and you're trying to fall sleep, you're tryingto invest in your sleep and get more of it, or get better quality. But then everybody notices that their mind is very active. What would be a way of addressing that through behaviour, instead of ruminating and thinking, or even telling your mind
