Is There a FOMO Premium in the Market?
I think there is a little bit of premium in there over the last couple of years. So what I'd like to call sort of FOMO premium. There's certainly a cohort of property buyers or upgradeers that were sitting there thinking, hang on, we're on zero interest rates at that time. They took some shortcuts and they made some bad decisions just to get in the market as well. It's a lesson I think in making financials or letting your financial decisions be influenced by emotions. Fear or greed are too good attributes to drive your financial decisions.
