The Importance of Routine
Jocko: The last three weeks of our program is us giving you the keys to not develop your own routine. So for me, personally, the routine changes seasonally, depending on what is the highest priority with within my life. I think a lot of people here have four, five a.m. wake up time and they see Jocko will crush the workout or they see somebody like myself five a.M. And it's like they're a different chronotype. Like they thrive on in later evening. You could build a 2023 plan that doesn't include working out at 5 a.m., but instead focuses on scale.
