The key difference, what I like to explain is that meditation is really great at calming the stress response. Neuroplasticity is much more of an active role in creating the new path that you want ahead. Ben: If we use meditation to bring awareness to something, and the meditation is the practice, right? It's the thing that we do in order to increase our neuroplasticity or just create the new track.
