There's a preferred communication approach with every developmental level, you know. Sometimes they're preferred approach to communicating isn't at all your favorite one. So often why we're like ships passing in the night, we use our favorite communication style and it doesn't match up with somebody else's. Once you understand that, you can see the beauty of what they're saying, and they could see the Beauty of what you're saying.
