How to Keep a Level Head Throughout the Hype Cycle

Travis Kalanick: I would advise everybody never to start a company in the hype cycle. If you are one of those lucky companies that gets picked up, but the likelihood that you will be successful is extremely low because there's so much other competition out there. So definitely have the opportunity to take money off the table. And just try not to believe in the hype that everybody pushes you upBecause it naturally is going to be a lot higher than what reality is.
