Seven Principles of Joy

Joy lies dormant within us, so we have to activate it within us. We need to find all the different things that we can do on a daily basis to recognize the joy because it comes from within us. And then six, joy is contagious. It can multiply. So you just have to look for more and more ways to experience it, and then you'll see it more in your life.
