Locke: The forward looking data is not even starting to really bottom out. And therefore, the prospect of going from like one of these shaded areas of down turns towards a white area of upturns is extremely low. Now, the good news is we can only see a couple of quarters head, two or three quarters ahead, right? So it doesn't mean this is indefinite, but it does say i would be keeping some powder dry for now.
