Kenneth: How many deals would you say you have to look at before you find one that's worth something? Is it, you know, one good deal for every five? Like, where do you cond to fall in that spectrum? Mal tony: I think maybe things have changed now. The market is turning into a buyer's market, so we cant have more say. As long as the property is cash flowing, it doesn't matter what the al is, you're still making money.
