I think when I started taking action, a lot more action without needing permission from anybody else. Like, for example, TikTok, I did by myself clubhouse. The other thing that really changed things for me and why I can make the distinction between the way most not all women are have patterns of thinking and the way men do is because I started having a lot of male mentors who were so bullish on themselves. You need to feed your ego a little bit where you're good but not better than somebody else.
