Introduction

This chapter discusses the influx of Polish immigrants in Ireland since 2001 and how they could be valuable assets for the country in terms of business networks and cultural exchange. It suggests embracing this opportunity through offering Polish language classes and employing Polish primary teachers in Irish schools.
