Thieves were cutting electrical wiring and it was causing the lights to go out. They were cutting wire made out of Copper because recycled Copper is in really high demand. Monica wanted to write about it, so she started asking everyone she knew if they could connect her to these Copper Gangs. She finally connected with a guy who can't tell us his real name, but his nickname is 26 - like the numbers.
