How to Have the Most Impact Through Your Career
So it seems to me that often you can end up trying to decide between maybe two options where one option looks like jumping into work directly on a problem that you really care about and another option looks like working on an adjacent problem. So this is called transferable career capital. I guess I want to ask how should people begin to think about weighing up those kind of broad strategies when they're thinking about how to have the most impact through their career? Yeah really good question. It seems relatively helpful to think about having three different career priorities.
