The Humanitarian Narrative: Can We Infect Others With the Virus?
I think the great philosopher Mike Tyson put it like this, everybody has a plan until they get punched in the head. And I do think that that it's good to think about these things and conceptualize them but really the personal experience of a loss of control is hard to actually understand before your pulse goes up and your brain stops working. We also have to look at what is the full range of variables that we're starting with when we're looking at the context of crises and complex emergencies.
